We steer clear or try to, of sugar dairy and too much wheat too... I am realizing that a regular attention to cleansing different parts of our insides is long overdue in this home. Thanks for sharing, and looking forward to follow the progress of your homebuilding process.
Warmly,
ChristinaMoment to momenthttp://www.momenttomomentdk.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3085279937039671159.post-68765614394365729322011-11-09T17:21:10.155-05:002011-11-09T17:21:10.155-05:00Lovely house, I'm excited to see it progress.....Lovely house, I'm excited to see it progress...it's doing better than ours!
We also do a regular parasite cleanse..every few months, minor ones seem to be endemic at our school...We use same herbs as you, and a daily cup of crushed pumpkin seeds, grated carrot, fresh raw garlic and coconut plus cloves. We mix a bit of rice milk in to make it more appealing and the kids love it...quite surprisingly. All first thing on an empty stomach. aaargh, I mean yum!Angel wings and herb teahttp://angelwingsandherbtea.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3085279937039671159.post-6491992685376276582011-11-08T19:26:18.466-05:002011-11-08T19:26:18.466-05:00The best part about building a house is watching i...The best part about building a house is watching it change. If only we could see the changes we make in ourselves, maybe we could get more of a handle on our direction. Sorry about the sickness - and do be careful. But most glad you came through it, and that the children are exploring the wilderness, and that a fresh breeze comes through your windows.Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02040714440875408436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3085279937039671159.post-37650805675355301702011-11-08T10:31:28.506-05:002011-11-08T10:31:28.506-05:00Wow. Everything seems so hot and steamy in your life from my perspective in the north - snow on the ground and subzero temps already. You've picked an amazing place to live (for those who like it hot! I wilt.) I fondly remember the beach at Tulum as the most fantastic I've ever visited. Your life looks like an amazing adventure and I shall be returning soon to read all your herb-related posts.Laurelhttp://www.fireweedmeadow.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
